Thank you for choosing Fresh Crunchy. We are committed to providing premium quality chocolates, dry fruits, and gift boxes. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Order Confirmation
All orders are confirmed only after mutual agreement on product, quantity, pricing, and delivery details through WhatsApp. Once confirmed, you will receive order details and payment instructions.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment due to technical error
- Incorrect amount charged
- Order cancelled by Fresh Crunchy before dispatch
- Product delivered in damaged or spoiled condition (with photographic evidence)
- Wrong product delivered
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will NOT be issued for:
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Failure to receive delivery due to incorrect address provided
- Products that have been opened, consumed, or used
- Minor variations in appearance of handmade products
- Delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, logistics)
4. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products (chocolates and dry fruits), returns are generally not accepted. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
5. Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method. The actual credit timeline depends on your bank or payment provider.
7. Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take clear photographs of the damaged product and packaging
- Contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery
- Do not discard the damaged product until we resolve the issue
